The so-called Mödrath castle is the last building of the village Mödrath near Kerpen, Germany, which fell victim to the brown-coal opencast mining. It has been restored and reconstructed in 2016/17 to serve as exhibition and concert hall. Now they also use the loft, equipped with MB asphalt system with about 1,000 m MB Euro system pipe 17 to avoid moisture entering the building and accelerating the construction course. There is also an outbuilding, equipped with MB screed system 17.

42 referential objects of special purpose are currently observable in Kröslin at the Peene river, opposite the Baltic sea island Usedom: house boats with underfloor heating. Press and NDR television reported when the first boats where released to water. The MULTIBETON Partner Haustechnik Krempin from Lubmin equipped the house boats with three variations of MB underfloor heating from 86 to 115 m². Used where the "MB sub floor MB-U" and the "MB flat screed system” that distinguish by their low profile and light weight.
