3.	Standard screws (5.0 x 50 mm)
4.	Floor plaster to be Knauf “Perlfix” or equal approved (a 10 kg bag covers approx 6 m² of MB Ready Wall depending on make)
5.	Dry wall screws (3.5 x 25 mm)
6.	Dry-assembly boards: dimension 0.60 m x 2.00 m x 0.125 m (brand: Rigips similar approved)

Applications

MB Ready Wall is a dry system especially for buildings which cannot be heated by the floor.

MB Ready Floor S

System components

5.	Additional layer of insulation (if necessary); rigid, solid insulation board, not more than 40 mm thick
6.	Equalizing layer (if necessary)
7.	Edge insulation band (10 mm minimum thickness)
8.	Surface floorcovering with PCI-Collastic® for steel equal approved
9.	Wall plaster

Applications

The MB Ready Floor S system has been specially developed for buildings where an thin and lightweight system is required. It can heat up and cool down very quickly.

MB Ready Floor TE

C.	Fermacell screed element 2 E 22 or equivalent with Fermacell screed glue, 40 to 50 g/m²
D.	Additional rigid and solid insulation board (in accordance with EnEV standard)

Applications

The MB Ready Floor TE system has been specially developed for buildings where a thin and lightweight system is required. It is ideal for use in the refurbishment of existing houses, commercial buildings and in other installations where a thin system is required.
