- MULTIBETON® system pipes are insured for a period of 10 years
after commissioning, including consequential damages, through a
product liability insurance taken out up to 1 million € per individual
case. It can be proved that the insurance has never be called upon
by MULTIBETON. In addition, MULTIBETON offers a material warranty
of 30 years on the pink-coloured MULTIBETON® system pipes.
- MULTIBETON® system pipes are tested and monitored by the TÜV.
- MULTIBETON® system pipes have passed the maximum test at +150°C
with an internal pressure of 3 bar for a holding time of more than
1,000 hours.
- MULTIBETON® system pipes are regularly subjected to most stringent
quality tests during production and in the company-owned laboratory.
MULTIBETON quality requirements by far exceed the relevant standard.
- MULTIBETON® system pipes are manufactured on dedicated, specialised
production lines for MULTIBETON only, no wholesale. The raw material
used for MULTIBETON® system pipes is specially adjusted and produced
for the manufacture of MB system pipes.
- System installation takes place based on scientific fundamentals
from Dr. Ing. A. Kollmar and according to the MULTIBETON® modulation
process under the patents of Kollmar/Feist. Because of that heating
takes place in an energy-saving way without heat accumulation
under the ceiling.
- MULTIBETON® system pipes are installed in the MB steel clip
rail. This has a screed-stabilizing effect, guaranteeing a minimum
screed thickness.

- MULTIBETON® system pipes are installed free of twists in warm
condition at a temperature range of +50°C to 70°C. This process
has a tension-lowering and lifespan-increasing effect (see Technical
Report No. F1668 by the German Minister for Town and Country Planning,
Architecture and Urban Development).
- The system is laid out fully free on the covered insulation
layer, thus ensuring free extension without sound or thermal bridges.
Installation takes place according to the DIN standard, that is
without cutting through the PE foil (humidity covering) or damaging
the insulation.
- With the MULTIBETON® system, only very reasonable standard insulation,
without lamination (DIN appropriate), is used according to the latest
Heat Insulation Ordinance (ENEV).
- After assembly, every MULTIBETON® heating circuit is subjected
to a safety pressure test. That way, every heating circuit is checked
for tightness prior to screed insertion.
- By means of the MULTIBETON® modulation installation, very good
heat distribution is achieved, and due to the equal temperature,
cosiness is created throughout the room. It supports health due
to a pleasant room climate without heating-related dust circulation,
it is allergy-free and suitable for asthmatics.
- MULTIBETON® systems are compatible with any heating source.
They are perfectly suited for condensing boilers, solar power, heat
pumps et cetera. MULTIBETON® underfloor heating is successfully
installed in all building areas – internally and externally.
- Our experience with MULTIBETON® underfloor heating is based
on millions of living units, comprising practical experiences of
more than four decades.
